Well, glad to read that you see that you were in the wrong here.
I wouldn't worry too much about your account for now but these bans do stack up and EA is really strict in these kind of things.
Not everyone has the same mindset and you can't expect teammate synergy in all games.
If you feel like you could use some teammates to play with so you can vent it over voice (not toxic)
I recommend finding teammates in the Apex Legends Discord, they have an awesome LFG system.

Don't think they will change the ban to a permanent one but I don't know the story and am not an EA employee.
I recommend you find another way to vent frustrations tho, as further toxic actions may result in longer or a permanent action taken towards your account.
Keep the love for the game and I'm sure you can turn this behavior around. 😉
