Banned only in ranked ?

Hello i need a help. I had ban in ranked games i dont know how.. i make cases on ea.help but i got always after 1 minute message with negative decision of unban. How can i get ban on ranked games when i do not even write enything bad on chat.. i post some screenshots . Ea.help not helping me even i make new cases..

We can't look into this for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

I follow all steps , make 11 cases and really when i make case after 1 minute i got email with negative decision like the bot will anwser. I cant do anything more. Today i was call to ea in Poland and they say they cant do anything for me..

I see. If they have denied multiple appeals then I'm sorry to say that there is nothing that we can do to change this. The ban is there to stay for the duration.

Thats unbelieveable. I spend lot of money and time on my account and get ban on ranked games.? I can play pubs without any problem. So why i dont get any help....

You have received help with this.

This help was offered through the Terms of Service team who carried out thorough investigations into the ban for you to confirm if it was correctly applied or if it was mistakenly added and needed to be overturned.

From what you've shared in this thread, they launched these investigations multiple times for this one ban at your request and each time the results confirmed the ban was correctly added for rule breaking.

@EA_Lanna Yeah i understand but i really not believe that ban. Because i spend a lot time on play and didnt brake the rules
