Belgian Apex Legends players deserve better
Belgian players have been missing out on Apex Packs for years because of Belgium’s loot box regulations. We understand that EA has to comply with local laws, but why does that mean we have to miss out on so much of the game?
Every collection event, every event pack, and so many cosmetic rewards remind us that we don't get the same experience as players in other countries. We play this game too. We support it, we invest our time in it, and we want to enjoy the same events and content as everyone else.
If loot boxes are the problem, give us an alternative. Let us purchase cosmetics directly for a jackpot price is insane really.. Replace unavailable packs with equivalent crafting materials or other rewards, and make sure Belgian players can participate in events without being put at a disadvantage or being forced to pay the ultimate price.
What is frustrating is not just the restriction itself, but the apparent lack of caring and a proper solution after all these years. Where is the official response? Has Respawn ever seriously considered a system that gives Belgian players an equivalent experience?
We are not asking EA to break the law. We are asking EA and Respawn to stop treating this as a problem without a solution.
Belgian players are part of this community too. We deserve answers, alternatives, and fair treatment!
Respawn, please acknowledge this issue and tell us whether anything is actually being done about it because this seems far from the case..
