Passive: Rev’s silent stalker
Tactical: Stim(? I guess... sat here and couldnt think of any tactical... unless we may change abilities as well... So that a tactical in this buildup may also consist of a regular’s legend Ult or passive, but shaped as a tact of course. In that case... still drawing a blank but this time due to option overload)
