Its the same cheaters since day one in season 1 still cheating in season 8. Worst case one of their accounts get banned, they spoof their mac (meaning the HW ban has no effect what so ever) and they are back cheating litteraly 10 seconds after.

Sure it might ease the illusion of them being punished and you feeling better, but yall waisting your time. There are many ways they could have made it soo much harder for these cheaters to go rampart, but they havent.
