Bloodhound, Seer, Maggie & Revenant

imo those are the ones who lack the most and I have an idea on how to improve them (but please share your thoughts on this so we all can learn from each other 😍)

Bloodhound:

• Get rid off his whole marks details and white ravens thingy and instead replace it with this passive: BH can see other players footsteps (as simple as that). The visuals of the footsteps should only become obvious when he is in close proximity. Scanning makes them more apparent. But they still shouldnt be as apparent as when he is in his ult. 
• Reduce ult CD by 30s (debatable).
• Scan survey beacons when tac pulse connects.

Seer:

• Seer straight up needs more power, Increase passive range from 75m to 100m (as well as tac range to the same number). Can use heartbeat sensor in a 360 degree (This means he can also detects enemies behind him without turning back). 
• Tac deploys faster.
• Reduce ult CD by 45s.

Mad Maggie:

• 2 drill charges (increase CD if too powerful)

Revenant:

• Slightly reduce hitbox (as well as his ult bubble when he uses forged shadows).
