Bloodhound tactical and ult not showing up invisible enemies

I don't know if it was part of the last update that nerfed Bloodhound's tactical, but invisible enemies are not showing up in yellow or red on either the tactical or the ultimate.  I have had several cases in big tdm for instance where an enemy right in front of me killed me right after I used the tactical and I see in the kill cam they were directly in front of me.

Previously I could get them to appear with Bloodhound's skills if they were invisible.  (Either not rendering due to the Switch's bad graphics or invisibility as part of the breather cheat).  This is why I switched to Bloodhound as my main in the first place and now it isn't working like it used to where I would just aim for the yellow dot or the infrared image and kill them when I heard them or saw the gun.  

Has anyone else experienced this and is this an unwanted side effect of the nerfs that reduce the visibility in smoke or gas that was given to Bloodhound?  Whatever it is I really hope they undo it next season or fix the graphics vulnerability.  (I mentioned it in the survey when I filled it out so we can only hope)
