Blue screen mistaken as game exploit in rank

@BaldWraithSimp That’s the thing of the accused day that’s all I played that day in the link there’s 1 more video I clipped. I didn’t play much of the accused time hideout stated. I’m asking for more info but the refuse to help me. I have no problems acknowledging when I’m wrong. But stuff like this isn’t something I do. And I think there’s something major wrong with their process and I just happen to get wrongfully placed in a category as others. The past week I grinded hard. 18 hrs trying to get more points in masters just to get this situation smacked down on me. If supposedly they found something why do I have to provide evidence why can’t they. I’m being accused so show what they have there could be an error. I think there is an no one wants to fix it. One can play and not stream so it’s not like I have a cataloged file or files of me playing. Even reaching out for help tarnishes more of my reputation and being judge as ur doing now. It’s like I have to sit back and allow ppl to walk all over me. Sorry I’m not that person.

@XxWolvesRainxX So when you say blue screen do you mean the blue screen of death?

I only ask because if this is the case it def is on you. This means you have a serious virus malware root kits etc. Or you have hardware over heating or failing over all.

I would get this fixed (If this is the case).

@E9ine_AC I’m not computer savvy to understand root kit so I’m not sure what u mean. On a average in a week maybe 7 times it happens maybe more but when I see others play it seems normal so times it happens sometimes not at all. The error is deff their server issues. My ps4 now has a laptop fan under it for just in case. But again why wouldn’t they provide proof like a video clip of the offense I’m allegedly accused of.

@XxWolvesRainxX Heh For me if was my games or on staff I would not be able to keep videos. That would be terabytes of space to record the 1 million online at all times.

What they can log though is in game chat logs and reports. To provide video clips or record game play would require the company to obtain thousands of terabytes of memory to hold all these.

Not just at one location either as apex is all over the world server wise. All these locations would require obtaining this much memory also to store them. This in terms of cost would be in the millions.

This also would require new servers over all and operating system possibly as well as all new mother boards that could with stand this much space. The highest hard drives memory is currently 16 terabytes which would in the end be rough. That is a lot to get or buy and if even they get new mother boards for a lot i believe the biggest is only 8 memory slots.

@E9ine_AC Hmm this I understand. But if that’s the case why 3 weeks ago from today be of something they would bring up. I’m not saying per say everyone’s game play should be recorded. But if a incident occurred then why not have recording of that 1 incident. For example if it’s just code that’s used then how do we kno for sure it’s a stable code or whatever ( mind u i don’t know really how they have auto ban stuff working). But I feel like in the end if are reported by someone who rages and u just ban them from a he said she said report then in the end it’s bias not concrete. I’m confused because I have videos of that day and it’s clear I was in constant battle not even someone hiding behind things. And my game play shows I’m good. I feel like I can’t be the only one in this situation. I don’t agree with others using software to their advantage but if a game isn’t perfect and something goes wrong then it should be investigated.
