3 years agoDownload and install all available Windows Updates then reboot and run Windows Update again.
Repeat until no further updates are available.
Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

Thanks for your reply.
I included a few screenshots. Windows updates are up to date including the November updates.
DISM and SFC completed successfully showing no system file corruption.
After that I tried launching the EA app from the start menu and three seconds later unfortunately got a Blue Screen. (See photos).
