hello i bought a used pc locally to play apex on i dont really play any other games. i loaded it up did training and tried connecting to a game, thats when i was hit with a instant ban. this this happened to 2 other accounts. i did some research and found that ea/respawn does hwid bans. i messaged the kid and he told me he modded apex. so i just bought a pc that is ban on apex and i cant even play it.
Contact ea support, I think they have their own ban support division. Show proof of purchase and explain your dilemma, you might just be able to lift that ban. I hope one of the community managers jump in with the links so its easier to navigate for you 🙂
@BerzerkGamer1221 you can try what Hayhor suggested but if you bought from a private seller and not a store you will be pretty much out of luck.

i bought froma kid off of facebook market the pc is nice and runs cod andother games fine but i really want to play apex i mean its what i had bought the pc for. i also did try yo contact ea about it but they said the ban is in order. i mean on there end ya i know the kid cheated so the hwid ban is right but i didnt know this when i bought the pc. he wont return or anything. i think i may be * unless i can get in contact with a person instead of a bot.
If you cannot get this pc replaced you best reach out to the Terms of Service team and explain what happened.
They can probably check this using IP addresses or something. Hope they will be able the ban.
thank you i reached out to them again to try and get the hardware unban i dont even care about the account its a lvl0 with no ghames played.
