Bought Store items, gone next day

There might have been server issues, but I spent 15 dollars and got a banner pose for loba (Charming) and a few apex packs. Logged on next day and all my stuff I spent money on is just gone…. Need my...

@hayhor I opened packs and lost some purple rated stuff and I can't even remember what it is/was now. So many little significant things I did that day was undone

@1ronKeys Yeah I think two mistakes were made that day in addition to the patch.
1- Devs leaving the game up for people to play knowing the fix was likely a roll back.
2- Players playing the game not realizing this was the likely scenario.
