Haha, I can already see how happy the sweaty Wraith, Octane or currently Ash will be with this.
Penalties for leaving games should have always been there, but don't be under the illusion that they will. There will be too much crying on all sides.
Personally, I noticed that when playing on EU servers, people have no respect and almost always leave games after death. It also happens when playing NA, but much less frequently. Most stay and wait patiently.
Europe is a state of mind.
