I agree with the penalty time out but Respawn refuses to put one in place. This has been discussed and ask for more times than I can count but Respawn rather bleed players than put in a simple community request. Being a person with a disability pub is all I am able to play but end up playing by myself and doing the best I can due to quitters. Like I stated Respawn has no desire to make pubs a better player experience.
