Community Admin@AlphabetsDisclaimer: I personally dont very much like the anime due to the protagonist but it's a solid anime. It's really a 'you either love it or hate it' kind of anime but most agree that it's a solid anime, even if they dislike it xD.
Episodes 13-20 or something are so slow and boring that ppl actually skip them (on advice of other ppl telling them to skip it as to not waste time) on their first watch. People who like it also skip those episodes xD. I'm fairly certain it was 13-20 but I'd say 8-21 is where ppl really start disliking the anime but when they come at 21 they say it's a whole new anime XD
