Spotlight passes need a reroll option

One of my tasks is to for lifeline is crafting 2 expired teammate banners. Which i haven't been able to do because no one stays in the game long enough after they get downed. They immediately leave and then once they do it shows unable to craft or no teammates to craft at the replicators. It is extremely frustrating when we spend 1000 gold for the spotlight pass but then may not be able to complete it because people want to leave matches early and recieve no penalty.
