Bronze 4 teammates when Im plat 1 in arenas?

Why am I constantly getting Bronze and Silver teammates in Ranked arenas?  I lose more rp (-15) than I gain (+12) for matches and its getting pretty annoying.

I cant play with my own friends who are lower ranked, yet i get stuck with randoms that low EVERY SINGLE GAME.

What is wrong with the Arenas matchmaking?

Before the season they claimed you should on average get +100 for a win and -50 for losses.  That happened until the first update then its been f***ed ever since.

    @RockDokRock The matchmaking should be like Ranked BR not going more than 1 tier above or below. I.E. if you are a Diamond player, the lowest rank teammates you should get are Plat, regardless of MMR

    @CocoaHyena Lol true. Why even bother having ranks in ranked mode right? I honestly can’t think of what will Respawn do next with this mode. They’ll add another map on January 11th and that’s just it.

    @Cro_Pittt Yeah I did quit Ranked arenas as well. Not only is the matchmaking ridiculous giving me behinner bronze and silver teammates when Im plat or diamond, but also the scoring is complete B.S. on average I gain about +12 for wins and lose around -19 for losses. Makes no sense and honestly just makes you hate the game. If they were gonna f*** up ranked arenas so badly they shouldnt have even introduced it. At +12, I have to literally win like 20 in a row just to go up from plat III to plat II for example.
