Can i got my account back from permanently banned?

Firstly, It was my false because i'm being toxic at this game because my anger issues. But i have the reason behind it. So firstly, I was playing solo rank and meet 2 random guy which 1 is from chinese. They using octane and mirage they play so aggresively and i'm playing safe because i want to rank up my account and i won't get - because of them playing aggresively, They died and i can't save them because i want to secure my RP. Then the chinese 1 which using Mirage/Seer(Not really remember it) just keep blaming me like ' Why you not join the war, just keep running like a chicken and keep hoding' this guy was so rude until my anger issues can't handle it anymore. EA please unban my account thankyou (:

    Sorry to hear that your anger got the better of you.

    Here on the Forum we can not help with issues like suspensions or bans.

    For help with those issues you will need to contact the Terms of Service team (ToS) via EA Help and submit a ticket.

    If you do get your account back in the future just ignore other toxic players, mute them and report them. Do not let them bait you or stoop to their level.

    For help with those issues you will need to contact the Terms of Service team (ToS) via EA Help and submit a ticket.

    If you do get your account back in the future just ignore other toxic players, mute them and report them. Do not let them bait you or stoop to their level.

    But is there a solution like someone getting unban because of this? I think this wasn't all my fault due rude person keep blaming me because im play safely

    The only way to get help with your suspension or ban is to contact the ToS team via EA help like I mentioned.

    No one here on the forum can help with those issues.

    Please note that just because they were rude to you does not give you the right to be rude back to them and EA takes this stuff seriously.

    It's true about the ban because i'm toxic behaviour but i have the reason behind it. Hopefully the ToS Team want to hear me and unban me and i will promise that i will not swearing in the game anymore

    @Arielvalentinoo we are only players here, this is not support. You need to follow that link they gave you and hope the customer support will accept your story.

    Meanwhile I am curious about one thing. Did you cuss at them over the microphone or use the keyboard? I am reading about these foul language bans and also the fact the other 2 players are Chinese. Were they speaking Chinese and you English? How did you know they are Chinese?

    Once long ago, got a 24 hour ban in a Chinese game for saying "80K" (80,000) in the terms of game money. I was later informed that "80K" is some illegal Chinese emoji. I still don't know what that means.

    I was playing and then when i'm dead i swearing to him because i can't get focus on the game cuz he keep blaming me until the game ended. The random guy name is like chinese name like *snip* or whatever is it. And he blaming me using english language

    @ArielvalentinooHow do you know the person is Chinese? Also, be careful. Saying things about other players and providing some type of identification might get you in trouble on the forums.
