Can someone recommend a claw guide please?

I was watching random videos on YouTube and heard someone mention how good the "claw" setting (or whatever it is) is to use because you could use your action buttons without taking your thumb off the right analogue stick, so I decided I want to try and practice it before S3 comes but the only guides I found are Fortnite ones that are almost a year old. If anyone knows one related to Apex It'd be a big help if you could send me a link or something, thanks.

    put a finger over all the buttoms and done, you'll get use to it in about 4-5 games 

    No one needs 2 fingers on the trigger and nade button, cuz it's impossible to do both in the game

    I played claw all my life I’m 22 , definitely an advantage playing claw , me personally use both index fingers for L2,R2 & my thumbs use everything else . :-)
