Can we get ACTUAl leaver penalty anytime soon?? *for normal mode

Yes, I dont care, game is a game ranked or not, and Im sick tired of IdIo*s leaving game on first knock, or when I get Gibi or Caustic!  I come play and enjoy game and I dont leave ever on first knoc...

That has happened a lot especially if you choose their main. The only reasons for leaving early is if your team leaves you completely and can't revive you or no chance of being able to respawn you. I can agree on it, but also not a hefty penalty of 5 minutes.
