Can we get ACTUAl leaver penalty anytime soon?? *for normal mode

Yeah no, leaver penalty in normal queue is an awful and pretty selfish idea. Imagine thinking you should punish people for leaving early in a mode where there's no incentive for anyone to go above and beyond each game. Should you play your best? Obviously. Will everyone? Obviously not. 

Or in my case, imagine trying to get the "in x area get y kills" weeklies done and not being able to skip games where the dropship isn't in a good spawn for it / the ring immediately closes off said area / my squad goes and there's no one there / it's not a popular area / etc. etc. Did you know it took me 62 games to buff out this week's "in X area get Y kills"? Did you know I only got to go to said areas 9 times? 4 different areas, and in 62 games, I only got to said areas 9 times total? Approximately twice per area to buff out 4 kills in each area? Even though I played through all 62 of those games and didn't leave once? 

Edit: Here's a little math, average game length is anywhere from 15-20 minutes long. At 62 games, that's around 930 to 1240 minutes total, which is around 15.5 to 20.6 hours. Weekly reset was yesterday at 2 PM for me. It's currently 10:45 PM. That's about 32 hours.
