Can we please look at Caustic’s passive for a second?

Considering everyone can see in the gas now and also considering people won’t stand in the gas for more than a second, can we agree Caustic’s passive is the most useless one among any other legends? ...

@CaptWrekAlyfeYeah but Hal said no 🤣 You see all these guys complaining but I watched Rogue (of NRG) play in the ALGS tournament as Caustic.

@GH0STEDbyME 18 of 20 EU teams had caustic on their team. He is not going to get buffed anytime soon.
