What? Horizon’s passive is the best one in the game atm. Her movement is crazy all because of her passive.
I agree with this post. I'm a caustic main and I think his passive is underpowered. You only see enemy's when they are in the thick of the gas and its only for a second or two. Definitely needs some kind of buff, maybe take slightly less damage from enemy's when he's in the gas? I know that might sound a lot with his reduced damage already but gibby has a gun shield as a passive and he already has reduced damage.
After caustics nerf with enemy's not getting blurred vision he needs some kind of buff
