cancel battle pass

Is there any way to refund or revert the Battle Pass back to ingame currency?

My last EA Help guy told me it wasn't possible because in game purchases can't be validated which is clearly not a correct answer because the fact that I have a battle pass means it's validated and that I used 950 Apex Coins to buy it. Unless there is a way to get it without atleast spending this amount of money, which I believe there is not.

If you tell me this is not possible, can you also give me proper reasons why this is not possible, instead of just saying no.
