Can't Link EA with Twitch Account bug , Help !

As the title mention, ive been denied the free 5 lootbox and the pathfinder skin for Apex .  Ive activated my free prime trial for Twitch/Amazon , both are linked , except my EA and Twitch . In wh...

@daxoti shoot I had this problem too and figured it out a while back, don't totally remember what I had to do but I remember it was simple. Log out and back in to both accounts, make sure you know the CORRECT emails AND passwords associated with the two accounts, make sure your twitch prime isn't already linked to a different ea account.

If this is still giving you some trouble I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more details on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. 

You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well, if you prefer.

    I keep getting something went wrong on my linking, no matter what device or browser I use.

    It then shows in "OTHER CONNECTIONS" at the bottom, but clearly it's not working because I did not get any of my Twitch Drops!

    Also you say for us to raise a ticket.. We would if the website would allow us, mine just loads and does not work at all.  Shocking support!

    Close Origin and just use Steam because at least we get a proper service! Really annoyed at Origin and the terrible system.. Let's make it flashy but not work...

      @Menphuesss I am having the same issue, EA customer support also really sucks, they do not give any retroactive drops either for times you watched the whole stream and got nothing and they have no answer to fix the issue whenever I contact them. Their answer is always sorry we understand this is an issue and we are working on fixing it but we can't do anything for you at all including giving drops or some sort of item to say hey sorry this is broken for you and they can not tell you when it will be fixed or even if it will be fixed at all

    @EA_Kent I have gotten into contact with them before and they say my account is linked even though it is clearly not working and I went through the whole process of linking and unlinking and disconnecting and then connecting and trying different browsers and all that stuff and nothing seems to work, always get the same "Something went wrong, close the application and try signing in again" error message

      Yeah I've had the same issue, contacted EA help last week, they told me it was all fine, then this week I once again did not get the item for watching the stream, and EA help told me it's a problem on Twitch, contact them. Really? Twitch is at fauly here?

        I am also getting this "Something went wrong " Error message when trying to link my EA account to Twitch.Neither EA Help on Twitter and on Live chat can resolve this issue for me.I have been trying countless amounts of times Daily but keep getting error.Twitch Help on Twitter have not replied to me in bout 9 Days or more now.So I am going round in circles with no obvious resolution in sight.EA tell me my account is not already Linked to Twitch,so that is not the issue.I raised a Ticket on Twitch web page ,but get a generic response telling me to do the link un-link as seemingly this is all Twitch and EA can advise
