Can't Report Most Players For Gameplay Disruption While Using Steam.

Question

When I use steam, I'm unable to report (most) players for the Gameplay Disruption tab. It's not everyone, but most times it just pops up a Steam-overlay with my friends and what not and nothing to do with the user I'm trying to report. Is my Steam app setup incorrectly?

@Popa2caps Yeah, I think the game needs Origin overlay for that. It's trying to open their Origin profile, but since we are on steam it fails.
