    Gotcha, thanks for following up. I think your best bet in this case would be to get in touch with Twitch support so they can take a look. Unfortunately we don't really have any visibility into the Twitch/Amazon side of things, so we aren't able to see what might be preventing a Twitch account from linking with Amazon Prime.

i have a problem with redeeming this skin: i've created a new Amazon account in order to activate the free 30 days trial, and connected it to my twitch account, but the activation fails... does someone have the same problem? it's very annoying...

    Not sure if it works with Prime 30 days trial. 

    Probably need permanent/paid Prime member which I had for years.

      As far as I know you should still be able to get the Twitch Prime loot if you're on an Amazon Prime trial. I don't believe that's a restriction, unless that's something that was changed at one point. The Twitch Prime website looks like you'll still get loot during a trial as well. I think it would be best to reach out to Twitch directly with questions on how that works.

      Are you having trouble activating the actual Amazon Prime trial itself? What's happening when you're trying to start it up?

        @EA_Kent when Twitch Prime Loot asks me to log into my account, i clic «Authorize», then i select the language, and then it goes in loop like this:

        after waiting some time, then it show this:

        i'm sure my credit card i registered to Amazon is valid...
