I think most people fail to realize that caustic carries his own cover and can deploy them anywhere. His nox containers basically cover his entire model when crouched behind.

But Caustic is not any easier to use than other Legends. He is a defensive character which means usually used with less aggression but even with his passives his hit box is a major downside plus a caustic in open field he is the least effective character. Yes he could bunker down in a building but that doesn't mean it takes no skill using him, he is far from OP. When you play ranked in Diamond or Predator lobbies you will see the legend means nothing it is purely skill, using a Caustic or Wraith can only be an advantage depending on the skill and situation. Caustic is hands down annoying but that merits absolutely no evidence to claim he should be nerfed. Gibby is a Powerhouse with a massive Airstrike attack and amazing defensive barrier he can use in buildings or open field, his arm shield, fortify, plus granting the whole team quicker healing when in his barrier. Overall he tips the scale as a more OP character he is just not a favorable one nor is he very annoying.
