Cheaters in ranked ... its getting ugly!
Hello, I'am playing for like 2 hours per day and atm the ranked mode is full of cheating people. Not the "maybe he's a cheater" type-of-guy ... the "this must be 90% auto-aim" guy. I recorded some...

I made a post yesterday here cause at master 10 games lost 7 times by a cheater deleted immediately xD.
Today played 6 games, lost every time by a cheater,lv25 platinum 4 with 0 mechanical skills and clear aimbot, they even tbag you, uninstalled, it's unplayable. and respawn doesn't give a *.
Worst part is even if you record video and report cheater, it takes many days for them to even review your report (EAC 3+ days). It's ridiculous... It should take hours, not days and definitely not 7+ days. In 7+ days one cheater can ruin game for so many players.
By the way, is there someone who received response from EAC? or Origin support?
The only way to stop cheaters are, to catch and ban them at first place, which will mean that their system has to detect the hacks the moment they either open Origin or Apex.
For that they need a serious security system that literally detect anything and ban the ip + hardware, but the real one if they use a virtual tools trying to cover it.
And when they get bans for 6 months or a year they will learn it.
Haven't seen ppl cheating like that (full aim-lock and no-recoil) in cs:go for about 5000 hours.
Btw. fraps has been detected instandly 🥳 - wanted to record stuff and had it installed - was thrown out of the game directly.
I also seen the bloodhound lasering ppl jumping out of the dropship or getting up da balloon - he killed the one jump down the ship and instantly locked the one on the balloon and killed him too.
If ppl cheating like that it should alrdy be noticed by the anti-cheat itself and checked right after by a coworker. This guys should be banned after 2-3 days and not playing the whole season, ruining it for everyone else.
I don't even think they ban a lot of ppl ...
And btw. I don't think they still put cheaters in a special lobby ... cause they need everyone to fill the queue so games can start properly.
At the end cheaters are paying customers and ea is a corporation seeling stocks ... so.
It's like in real life I guess ... if you commit crimes and you are clever enough not be cought and even clever enough not to overact - you'll maybe get away with it for a long time.
But atm in Apex it feels like ppl are "robbing banks" without a mask and nobody's doing something and you're not even allowed to blame them by showing clear proofs like videos.
I reported and no response they dont give a....
EAC is beyond laughable.
There are a hundred ways they could improve the situation but that requires money and the devs are too busy making new skins for you to dress your dollies to be bothered about a trivial thing like cheating.
I mean was anyone ever banned for DDOSing in high ranks? NO and yet it would be blatently obvious looking at server logs to see who is actually doing it.
Is there any stats based banning? No also laughably easy to implement but they are too afraid a system like that would ban their paid shills.....*sorry* "content creators".
Its p**s easy to implement a stats system for inhuman stats.
Christ cheat sites offer a premium service for streamers so what does that tell you???????
The system is broken BUT it makes money and the reality is that while the devs hem and haw about cheating they are MAKING money......... they literally DONT care, they care about the financial viability of their product nothing else.
Auto aim Cheaters aren't what I typically run into in Apex up through plat. Beyond that I wouldn't know. But DDoS is stupidly common.
None of that is why I've been considering giving up ranked though. Mostly, it's that the scoring system is pretty awful. It's true the rewards also aren't worth it...who wants a badge? And for the grind for a seasonal dive trail? No, no not worth it.
More the climb, it's just dull. And, let's face it, it's an RNG Battle Royal game. You can up your skill and strategy, but at the end of the day, you're going to get games ruined for no good reason whatsoever. Too many hours to be worth it.
I understand now why people get the badge they want and then quit. The good news is there might be other better things for me to do with my time. Apex casual is all right, I suppose, too, but then I have to both abandon more games and put up with more abandoned players.
It just would be nice if the experience of playing ranked was better. I want it to be, but it doesn't seem to be able to get there with the way it is now, it's sort of stuck in neutral.
