Cheating community

Hi, I’m not sure why but after hitting diamond very next game I get nothing but masters and preds. Not only is this flawed, but let’s talk about the cheaters. Sorry but using a devotion or r99 75M out and beaming isn’t realistic. How is it not flagged. So many predators cheat and the whole community knows this, but why don’t you just IP ban these people. They arnt going to give the money that the true community gives, so why allow them to ruin the game and community. A lot of people are switching or just waiting. Yes I know , numbers are high on steam but the game needs to get back to the basics aka remove all cheaters. Due I.P and MAC addresses. If you don’t agree to this you can’t play the game.
