Commentary on the rise of unfair banning

Hello my fellows.

Got myself free time in weekend to write this message if someone and somehow convey this to all to EA management. Hope you’re all doing well. EA provides good service for entertainment especially Apex Legends and BF 2042, NFS series brought a lot joy and happiness which I really admire their effort. Though their term and condition, management is unbelievably and utterly substandard. It is sad say here all in front of you people took disciplinary action based on favoritism and discrimination. Don’t get me wrong guys I’m grateful to everything that I’ve roof, walls, job, health, family, job etc. I’m thankful everyday to God with every breath.

To explain about favoritism and discrimination here it is. We are all same, we all are humans, we all made mistake, we all are equal, having different skin color, language, flag, sex, belief and religions, celeb or no celeb doesn’t define who we are and what we are. An average gamer including me as well, get easily banned from small mistake by abusing, hate speech etc. Whereas celebrities from YouTube and twitch never got banned and they are doing this for many years and if you want the proof, I can throw the list of the names but instead they gave them access of new map last month October before the original release. Now I’m asking from your management team does this justify everything? When there’s no justice for all and unfair based on race, level then what happened in that country? History will explain you everything.

The same thing is happening in EA. Their helpline center is terrible whenever you raised the dispute all they do is send automated reply without any coherent and rationale explanation. Even I talked to them from chat and voice explain this 100 times over and over again as well all they say is we can only raise dispute and forward this management and then again in a few minutes automated reply without even bothering to read a single word.

All they are doing now is to put road blocks after road blocks so we cannot reach out their management team to discuss about this issue. Have you all noticed all this double standard act from EA?   1. Stopping any toxic behavior: First of all, you people yourself creating toxic behavior. Banning whole account of an average gamers just because of small mistake. Where we are unable to play other ea’s online games where all the spent is wasted for good. Did average gamers like us destroyed your property, project, infrastructure that causes loss that you take this kind of serious action? Does it make it sense to you all?
  2. Keeping things fair: Well actually you all are not keeping it fair. Disciplinary and punitive action are taken on average gamers and not on celebrities who are violating the terms in front of the world.
  3. Create clean content: Helpline is useless. Management team are not man enough to face and discuss about this. Why is that? Truth hurts? Guilty conscience from your unfair and wrong doing?
  4. Following the law: Oh! Now look who is violating the law? All this favoritism and discrimination causing this messy and filthy content from celebrities and from your side not much from average gamers. 

There’s a great saying: “You can forgive liars but hypocrites never.” – unknown. So please be sensible. If you want to take disciplinary action whoever uses hate speeches, do cussing etc. online just ban their mic and text message facility not whole account.

There you all have it guys. I don’t care whether you call this funny, rant, lash out, whining, crying or message from 5-year kid, posting memes whatever the worse you can say it doesn’t affect me much as you people who are advocating those doing wrong doing from EA. So, before any bashing, personal attack and pointing me make sure your hands are clean.  You all are aggravating this that we end up all downloading your games from torrents you don’t want to see this happening. Right? But remember one thing you’ll end up like us one day asking for justice if not today maybe tomorrow not even tomorrow but it’ll happen. Mark my words, because karma serves everyone and once you start the bad cycle it’ll never stops. So right now, you’ll still have time to reconsider and revise your term and conditions for all this.

But in the end, this not the end of the world for me and averages gamers. The world is bigger and better than this, there are better games to play online like recently release Halo Infinite, rejoice everyone and others games coming in future. Yes, your feeling is valid many of you are upset about their unfair action. Events and happenings like these are part of life.

I’m writing not all because of unfair and false ban what me makes upset and uncomfortable is that why is there’s injustice in this world and why it keeps on going like this modern age? Life is very short, very fragile and you only get this once. Why you all wasting it all on holding grudge and hatred? Ask this from your heart.

    Hey all, if there is a ban on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @Anonymous Did you do or say something that you’re not supposed to? 😄

    Just don’t talk to anyone and if someone was being toxic to you, then quit that match.

    @Cheese9ManWell said and concur. I made the mistake. But i dont take the owner ship of this all. that low life verbally assaulted on mic and backed fire that loser with text. Thats where i end up in.

    @Anonymous no headphones or mic used here so no nonsence, and I never dc so why would I be at the wrong end of a ban hammer? 😉
