When I finally reached level 26 and achieved the longed for epic loot pack I got 15 crafting materials from epic apex pack, how is this possible?
Can’t even craft a common item from that amount of materials - I was kind of hoping for at least 3 epic drops since that should be 100% chance.
can I get a new one - or some kind of compensation?
The epic pack guarantees 1 epic item, not all of them (same as the normal pack is "rare" and guarantees 1 rare item). The other items will be common most of the time.
The epic apex pack - rewarded season level 26 at least one epic item or higher - so then I should’ve at least gotten an epic crafting mats drop right?

Most likely 1 epic item. Craft material drops are rare (from my experience).
And no, only 1 item should be epic (or legendary), not all. The most usual Epic pack reward should be 1 epic + 2 common items (in your case - 1 of those was a crafting mats drop).
Ok, these season rewards sucks imho - all the skins rewarded for grinding levels are ugly and the progression is slow, but hey, that’s probably a good strategy for getting people to spend money. Frustrating tho
