Complaint About My Account Being Banned Without Evidence
Hello everyone, I am a player who has played multiple seasons and accumulated over 2000 hours. Recently, my account was banned for allegedly cheating. However, EA has not provided any evidence of my cheating, and after three appeals, the TOS team declared they would no longer handle my case, while the Customer Relations department refused to provide any details regarding the ban.
This treatment has been extremely disappointing because I have encountered many cheaters in ranked matches, but EA has taken no action against them, yet they banned a loyal player like me. Even in a court of law, a murderer must be proven guilty with evidence, but EA has sentenced me to a "death sentence" without providing any evidence. This not only confuses and frustrates me but also makes me deeply question EA's attitude towards its players. As a player, I hope to be treated fairly, not be falsely accused and subjected to opaque processes. If possible, I hope this post will draw more attention from other players, and I would like EA to reconsider my case and provide a reasonable explanation and a fair outcome.
