- @BaldWraithSimp People don't understand the back end side of online gaming so it is like magic to them. They don't get that Apex has had the worst performance and hitreg for well over a year while games like Fortnite have continually updated and tweaked theirs to have one of the best performing games.
Real PC gamers understand where Respawn has and continues to drop the ball. Played a few games last night and nothing has changed. I get 15 ping....I hear the hit sounds and damage ticks on target .5 seconds later. So even when I shoot first that .5 seconds dooms me. Since I have low ping all the hits on me register because the servers have no problem making those calculations. Anyone with double triple and even quadruple have an advantage because of that. Those same high pings have a lag shield where crucial damage that could have won me the encounter is missed because of how they chose to allow the netcode to work.
This game continues to be a joke.@GRiPSViGiL Not just PC but consoles too. On Xbox the problems are just as persistent. It takes them a whole season to readjust hitboxes. And sometimes that doesn't even happen. Big red flags there. It wouldn't surprise me that they paid someone off to acquire that award. Just so they could lure unexpected people to the title. The servers are so horrid for a FPS shooter that they buckle under minor strain. Where does the money go from the overpriced cosmetics? Not back into the infrastructure of the games for improvements.
I feel bad for Respawn. That they chose to go with EA and are reaping the rewards of a company that could give two birds on performance as long as money keeps coming in. Horrid net code, severs and audio. The money doesn't go back into R&D. To see such a promising title slowly decay from lack of care is sad. Will this change? Probably not. But hey look... new LTM so who cares. Right?
All the words that could be said have been spoken. More than enough time has passed with a small amount of QoL improvements being made. Beta mode is still active over a year later after release. What a failure on EAs part. They have a reputation to uphold on being greedy and non responsive/transparent. Why break the streak now.

I tend to be more lenient with EA because I have honestly always been happy with the BF series. BF has some of the best hitreg and game performance in the modern era of gaming. I mean TV missiles dusting in BF2 was annoying for sure but Everything from BF3 to BFV and all the in between I have never felt that hitreg was on a broken level like I do with Apex.
That is always the thing....why are QoL improvements never a focus in the modern era of games for some dev's? I like Apex a lot but I just get better performance playing other games with the same network variables and low ping.

Move on troll, BF4 had the worst hit reg and servers still to this day. And probably the worst anyone has faced in the past decade. I would play APex 10 fold over Battle field 4. BF4 has made me stop playing the series.

Yet BF4 has had and still has hit reg issues and I don't understand the back end of online gaming.
I might not know the back end of gaming, But it sounds like to me you know nothing about gaming. or you never played BF4.
- @RevenanT-G7 All games have issues. The difference is how dev's of those game handle those issues. DICE does a fair job with BF series over the years and I never said it was without examples of hitreg issues. Hitreg for BFV is so much better than Apex it isn't even funny.
You have proven to be quite clueless about a lot of topics I see you choose to engage in...so who's the troll now?
