Constant freezes and lag on Frankfurt servers

@AcidicSoda44031@Maze98R  I was having constant freezes too, on most servers.

Something that I did fixed them but idk what exactly was causing the problem.

So what I did was like this:

1. deleting all the friends I didn't know from both origin and steam ( I had like 200-300 people, now i have like 40)
2. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it on a different drive. (it was in C before and now I put it on D, both of them are SSDs)
3. I removed all unnecessary skins/banners/trackers/poses/charms, literally every customization that is not needed. I only kept the p2w skins equipped like the merciless wing wingman or the pk one, or the 99 one etc. I use a legend skin and badges only on the legend I'm currently using, other legend skins and badges are off.
4. I disabled steam synchronization and hardware acceleration in steam options. I disabled hardware acceleration on discord and turned off the show my activity option.
5. I removed shadows how imperialhal suggested it in the videoconfig cfg (just google that)
6. I disabled full screen optimization on the r5apex.exe and enabled high dpi scaling override.

My best guess is either deleting a lot of friends fixed it or disabling my apex customization. I had trackers, skins, charms, banners/poses on everything. Maybe some trackers or combination of trackers were causing the lags, idk.
