This has been a complaint since Doom and Quake CTF. It's a problem in Warcraft Battlegrounds. It's a problem in CoD, Battlefield, Minesweeper and ESO.
There will always be people who don't play objectives.
@NullEffective9 yeah I've played teamfortress 2 so I know what you mean doesn't make it any less annoying though.
