Cosmetics on other BR Games vs Apex Legends?

I have not played other battle royale games like fortnite and warzone but how are they compared to apex, cosmetics wise? Are there more skins/content? Are the prices cheaper or as dirty as Respawn's?

  • @Cheese9Man I have no idea about fortnite. Warzone makes you pay for weapons so it is pretty stupid. And most bundles they have for stuff are not cheap.
  • Fortnite is league's betters as far as the store goes, some simple example's

Cheaper, rotation is daily and alot of variation and i do mean alot!

And there is offcourse 3rd person, so you get to see your char and backbling, weapon, pickaxe and parachute combo's.

Which can be a negative if you have a hard time keeping the wallet closed 😉

  • @Cheese9Man Not sure about Warzone. From what I've seen, Fortnite is far cheaper. Most games are cheaper. The $18 price tag on Legendaries alone puts Apex in the most expensive cosmetic grouping.

Other non-BR games are mostly cheaper too. Valorant I hear is grossly expensive though. Overwatch doesn't allow you to buy individual skins with cash, just crafting coin out of the loot boxes. But you get a lot more loot boxes free in Overwatch and the crafting coin seems to accumulate much faster in Overwatch.

Avengers cosmetic pricing is significantly better than Apex. They actually reduced their prices from launch. Imagine that...a game with a fraction of the player numbers of Apex reduces prices that were already cheaper in the first place.

If Apex cut their prices 30-50% across the board, increased crafting drop rate in apex packs, and added past event skins to the apex pack pool, I would argue they would make even better money than the current system.
