Cross play controllers players have zero recoil

Disabled that cross play garbage. Spectating controller players have no recoil/spread. One of the most broken things I have ever seen.

That turns all weapons into COD weapons. Hold down fire and laser 200m. :D

Found this on reddit. Need more colourful shields.

@PeterN_UK interesting, but when wearing this shield, players shouldn't be able to recharge it until it's less than 50% xD
