Cross Progression From Nintendo Switch to Xbox

Question

I have an account that I would like to have on my Xbox Series X. I do not know if I am eligible yet as I understand that it is being rolled out. However, I got the notification before i selected to log in. If it is possible, I would like to merge both accounts onto my Xbox, however if it isn't possible, then I am happy to only have my switch account on my Xbox. I went to the connections tab on the EA website and didn't see an option for Nintendo Switch. Could someone please inform me of the steps I must take to get my Switch account onto my Xbox, and if I am at all eligible yet.
