Curiosity question about (apparently) hacked account

First off, just want to state that it is NOT my account, and I do not know yet, if she has been banned. If she is, we'll just play a different game. I'm just curious as to how it happens. One of my ...

@dSKyNafinchin I'd guess someone got into their account. Others have had this happen. They could have showed offline on purpose.

If your friend is banned they can try EA help to see if they can get it unbanned. I believe there is a way to see IPs where your account was accessed. The issue tho will be the length of time.
