Current ALGS really showing how current meta needs to end

@hayhor Horizon isn't inherently overpowered. What Valk was, and what Seer currently is, is overpowered. Horizon ability alone by herself is pretty balanced. What you're really complaining about is teamwork and communication. I'm all for adding more bloom to her Q ability to add a challenge. Horizons Q is far far far from a insta-win button.
