@AEUHX The heirloom shards was granted to people who was unable to log in for months at a time to weeks at a time. This effected a vast amount of playstation users. So it can and will take time to reinstate all of it im sure. As they said keep checking for updates on this concern. As they are still fixing stuff on players stats and such.
Also 10k dmg is nothing to worry about. Your damage badge sure i can understand that one. But 10k dmg is like 3 games worth of dmg.
