@Revanchist_KOR It only does 70 if the now is fully drawn. The firing rate is reduced significantly if they fully draw every shot. The damage is about 20 & fire rate is only fast if they have Deadeye's Tempo attached. But I wouldn't say the rate is crazy. It's not even close to a 99 lol.
- @Lord_Scorpion34 30 for firing-when-possible and I heard +6 with dead eye timed right but yea it sounds like a weaker but stealthier longbow imo but I’ve yet to see it in action
