It's because his "buff" isn't a buff at all. It's incredibly easy to figure out a players movement vs a decoy.
While some say its predictable i say a 180 snap to a target is not legit at all. It is kinda easy to tell them apart but to do a instant 180 snap to a player and down them is not legit. You may turn to find the correct one but not instantly snap to this target and down them.
