Season 19 will be for boosters and smurfs. Ranked will be worse. I don't know how to fix it, but this isn't it.
Id settle for no party trios to make the game fun again.
I find this part comical - "We’re happy to report that our matchmaking system has gotten much better at providing players with more competitive games"
LOL, to me the problem is its way too competitive constantly going up against sweaty 3 stack masters in bronze, the cheaters, hackers and smurfs, alt accounts tearing apart the MM. I'm glad to hear Respawn is happy with the fact that the matches are competitive. Understatement of the year. "Unfair" would have been a more accurate word to use.
Just scratch ranked, it's a lost cause, and focus on making BR playable and bring back the fun of Mixtape, instead of wasting all awaken hours applying bandaids to a patient that coded over 2 years ago.
- @ComicBookGuy2727 I agree with you. Instead of the hidden MM that puts bronzes against masters, just give amazing performances huge boosts that move them up the ranked ladder faster. I have not seen any feedback by players that they like the current MM.
I do believe however that when play a match and you're a low level player from the start, you should stick with similar players with the same level.
Unless they are trying to stick you with players that are in the same skill level as you are. Like, if you're a bronze and you play like a gold rank level player then you are going to play with gold ranked players.
It just really bothers me that they are happy with this and actually have the nerve to say it, in the manner it which they did knowing dam well the highest percentage of the player base is frustrated.
I find it to be a literal slap in the face.
