Devstream and Patch notes discussion.

Well, first of I wanted to say “did you guys all watch the stream that you know the patch notes?! You guys really are dedicated”, but then saw the hyperlink for notes xD.

Okay... WTF! 25 sec cooldown horizon... okay okay... but the 15 secs (do they mean 25 or am I misunderstanding something) start when airlift is gone? That’s BS xD.

2nd WTF! Respawn does one thing and say another. Before the character was released they said in stream or put it on reddit or something that she is going to be released a little underpowered to see how players deal and play with her...

now in these patch notes it says: “Horizon released strong, to the point where she rivals Wraith in win rate and pick rate. For the time being, we are monitoring her usage and checking whether or not the cooldown changes have a significant effect.”

... yea...

meanwhile no changes to gibby...

and my sweet sweet prowler is still locked up abroad ☹️
