Disadvantage on purpose?

<span;>I suppose you could say what if the lag that some players experience is intentional? Sort of like a soft nerf. Like an isp would throttle your speed to give others better access / speeds. 

Is it really that far fetched to think that? I've spoken about lag extensively on here and how it ruins the game but if you have a closer look at some streamers for example it just seems like certain individuals don't have it at all. They have a much easier time playing the game and getting kills than their opponents.. I mean your paying someone to play your game so why not make them look good? Everything they do is super responsive and instant. I'm picking up on this just by spectating some people in game too. 

If it's the servers acting up why isn't everyone experiencing this at the same time? And if it's related to my connection why does it feel the same when selecting servers which are further or closer? Why does it dissappear sometimes all together while nothing changes on my side?
