@bosourd All bullets slow everyone on the first shot except gibby and caustic. The whole heavy bullets slow you down is not correct.
And yeah OP sometimes it feels like things are going against you in RNG but that's part of luck.

You mean sometimes the game runs smoother for some players than others? Shouldn't it be the same for everyone if everyone is running the same hardware?
