Disinformation: Unique way to battle ESP cheats?

This is a very good idea on paper, i wonder how it'll function from a technical standpoint? Also how would you prevent hackers from simply spawning as a disinformation character and winning by doing nothing?

Would it put too much pressure on servers? Would it spike the system requirements? Things like that.

Plus like mirages bamboozle it'll become useless as one goes. A hacker is gonna learn that those aren't real peeps eventually.
