Do you able to get 15 respawn with Mobile beacon ?

I thought this gonna be easy peasy but found this pretty challenging to get 15. Top reason, hotdrop, teammate quit once die. I thought this suppose to solve team mate quiting since they don't want ...

I am now 4/15.

I don't think I can go there until the end of this event.
