Does Apex Legends Care about you?

Does Apex Legends take Cheaters seriously? Leave a comment  about your thoughts, Report player option, I mean does it work? do they take notice? or is it just there so they don't look bad? are they really taking actions to make this game fair? the game is good but do we really need to bare people playing with cheat?

  • @MidNight_STVwas going to make a similar post earlier.
There's clearly separate servers. Once cheaters flooded the servers and became a problem the server with the lowest ping for PST was always full of cheaters. There's other servers where most players who want to get some decent games in. Sadly, that doesn't even exist anymore. The best server shouldn't be flooded and avoided either. These releases, splits, and casuals would be night and day.

I know it's the same old tune, but the players are putting forth an effort to make a difference to have fair matches and we have no idea if its even having an effect. Based on my recent matches, it's not. people just shamelessly botting, even though their name is obvious and their aim is obvious.. also what's been said over and over, some of these console players have no experience facing cheaters. I'm all for the crossplay for short queues and diverse lobbies, but I don't see that going well when they first face bs cheaters. Probably throw  their console out the window 😛

  • They don't really care about us that much. If they did they would fix packetloss and ping issues, balance the game more, add more content, make the in game currency actually worth something, cheaters, bugs and so on. But they instead decide to make microtransaction cosmetics that cost what? $150 $200 it's insane and obvious they don't care.

I'll encourage folks to continue reporting. I understand that it can appear that things aren't being addressed but they are.

I've seen plenty of updates in the background to address cheating, but this stuff isn't public-facing, because any info can give cheaters an advantage.

Similarly with reporting, while we don't allow naming and shaming, sometimes folks post anyway, and fairly often an obvious cheater will already be banned by the time we look at it. However we can't talk about it.

I understand it can be frustrating, but again I'll ask you to keep reporting suspicious players, but please don't do so on the public forum here.
